Company

KRINO Systems LLC operates KRINO Otang, a decision briefing tool for founders doing community-led growth. This policy covers how we handle data across the Otang website, dashboard application, and request-access form.

Website

The Otang marketing site sets no cookies and performs no cross-site tracking. There are no website analytics in v0. The site is hosted on Hetzner.

Dashboard Application

KRINO Otang is a web application. The following network connections occur during normal operation.

AI providers (BYOK)

User stories and signals are sent directly to the user's configured AI provider. KRINO never sees this data. With BYOK (bring your own key), the user's API key is held in memory during requests and is not persisted to disk or transmitted to KRINO servers.

Source scanning

Otang scans public community sources (Reddit, Hacker News, DEV Community, RSS) on the user's configured schedule. Source URLs and scanning results are stored server-side.

Signal storage

Signals, briefs, and engagement data are stored on KRINO servers for the user's account. Data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing support@krinosystems.com.

Authentication

Account validation occurs on each session. Only the account token is sent.

Request-Access Form

The request form collects your name, email, and product description. Your email domain is checked for deliverability before submission. This data is delivered via Resend (email delivery service) to the founder's inbox. A confirmation email is sent to the submitter.

Server logs retain transient request data for approximately 7 days. Rate limit counters (IP-based) are held in memory for 1 hour.
